Almost done. Grahams FZR, extensive repairs to every panel, frame blasted and resprayed, wheels blasted and resprayed.

The CB750, remodeled for Dan Tuan, Ohlins shoicks on the rear, tan cross stitched seat, paint refresh, inlet manifolds fitted to aid vacuum to the slides, wheels redone in gloss back, new gold chain and sprocket set, cam cover polished, as well as a host of extra touches. The photo doesnt do it justice. Its taken some time, but I'm pleased with this.

Upol acid etch primer ftw. Goes down flat as a pancake, bonds really well to aluminium. Rs paints copy of the frame colour for this old Fzr

Apparently I should post some stuff from time to time. So here's todays efforts. Shotblasted old FZR wheels etch primed, based and lacquered. Some badly heat-damaged gsxr fairings made straight and shiny again

White aluminium is tough basecoat to lay, but pleased with the end result.

So after fighting problems in the sprayroom forever, Ive finally got round to rejigging the whole set up and providing extra extraction for the compressor and a new oil and water filter. Everything sealed and painted, this was the first job. Two Ducati sidepanels with gravel rash after falling off its paddock. V happy with the result.

badly corroded wheels. The original powder coat from 1876 had bubbled and underneath it wasn't pretty. Caustic strip, shot blast, etch primer, 'real white' base followed by a heavy coat of lacquer.
