Following on from a shared post on Facebook the other day here are some more pictures of a pair of Brodix heads for a big block chevy which went through some freshen up work here at TCK

They needed all new valves and seats cut in the end as the exhaust seats had some rust and a couple intake seats failed a vac test miserably

Now these heads should perform beautifully for the customer whos ready for the 2026 race season 👌🏻

This Vauxhall C20XE cylinder head had a full chamber and new seats repair after valve-to-piston clearance issues.

First post of 2026 and a very happy new year everyone 😊🙌🏻

Kicking off the new year with some awesome before and after shots of our recent project for ! We stripped, inspected, and cleaned an R32 VR6 cylinder head, which was in surprisingly good shape despite some carbon build-up. After installing new stem seals and machining the surface, it's all set to be fitted back into a mk5 golf with a new turbo conversion.
