Only the 1 job in today but what a job. This 2006 Jaguar Xtype came in last week for an engine management problem which we quickly diagnosed and repaired however when the customer drove away the clutch slave cylinder failed......completely out of the blue. New 3 peice clutch kit fitted with a new dual mass flywheel and shes almost ready to return to the customer in the morning. Extremely busy week at SBT so not had a lot of time to take pics 🙄 anyway heres 1 from today. This 2005 Ford Ranger came in for a passenger window fault and also no Air Conditioning. Once the door was stripped down it was easy to see the window regulator was missing some teeth. New window regulator fitted and 1 job off the list. Now onto the Air Conditioning......we tested the system using nitrogen and uv dye and found the condenser was leaking, not really surprised with the state of it. New condenser fitted and the Air Conditioning refilled.....boom 💥 ice cold 🧊 ❄️ 🥶 Air conditioning. Please feel free to contact us for a free quotation or for any advice/information you may need. This little AUDI A1 came in for a fault with its Air conditioning and in this weather thats a problem the customer really didnt want. We started by regassing the AC but there was a fault with the AC ecu which had lost its basic setting. We recoded the ecu back to its factory settings and carried out adaptations to the flap motors and initialized the end stops for the compressor and boom 💥 ice 🧊 cold AC. Well 3 more AC regases today 1st one was a 2018 Honda Civic, 2nd was a BMW X3 and last but not least this beautiful Mercedes E350e. During these we also did a full clutch replacement on this little Ford Fiesta. Good day and an early finish. During these hot summers we have been starting early to finish before the hot weather kills us off. Please call ahead if you need an AC regas as slots are very limited due to this extreme weather.
