Not posted for a long time, but still making sw20 parts.
Had a mk3 for a few years now, and have been wanting to do a range of parts.
I already do some parts for mr2 ben,so you will have to go to his website for those.
New is the engine lid,in carbon.
This is oem style,the vents are standard,but could be opened up as it would be easy to cut.
Lid in grp is£170 ,in carbon £280.
Fits perfect and this one weights 4.3 kg
As it is the first one it will be a bit heavy.
Should get it down to about 3.6 kg in the future. A standard lid ,bare,weighs 7.4kg.
Al fits as standard.

Carbon sw20 engine lid and raintray.
These are now available.
However, i did underestimate the costs of making this, so i have had to increase the price
The lid is now £175 and the raintray is £75.this is purely because it takes longer to make than i expected.
I can tell you that it fits fine, feedback from the first 2 to go out.
Shipping to the states is about £70.
With Christmas and the new year out of the way, production should be a bit faster.
Those that ordered before Christmas will get them at the old price

Will be making the raintray tomorrow, its probably harder to do than the lid, because of its shape. But it will be done.

Well, not posted for a while, just so busy with the run of the mill parts.
New item, just moulded the sw20 turbo engine lid, i have to say that toyota have done a great job of making this very hard to copy. But i think i have it done. It will look just like the original with the vents as it should, available in grp or carbon. I will make the rain tray, as that will not comeon most.
As for price, not sure yet, will see how the first one comes out
, but been told no one has done it yet.. Rain tray will be in carbon or grp. So if you're interested, watch this space.

To all the people that have had these carbon parts, they are not carbon skinned, that is a completely different process. These are wet lay cabon, the carbon is putin the mould first.,,then backed with fibreglass. Skinning is making the product in fibreglass then laying the carbon on top. That is not what i do, ahd that is not a very good way to make it.
