Today was about Paul and his Octavia that needed some love . Customer supplied the new parts and in just over an hour we changed the poor looking worn out control arms with the new, shiny replacements from Delphi.

Today was about the daily. She got some love as she's been a trooper for the last 6 months. Treated the old girl to a oil flush, followed by a fresh MPM full synthetic oil and MANN filter. Last but not least we chucked in a STP oil treatment too for many miles to come.

Before and after using the Meguiar's headlights restore kit. What a difference.
Next we're gonna tackle the lacquer peel and then a full body machine polish.

Most likely a bunch of you are dealing with faded, gloomy headlights. Huge shout out to Meguiar's for amazing products that makes it so easy to restore your headlights to nearly new condition, even without professional tools. No need for a workshop or expensive machines, their cleaning and coating products for the headlights do make a difference.

Lockdown is in place and I hope everyone is staying safe.
Quick tip for everyone that does the work themselves on their cars when they can: make sure you put everything back the way it was or it may affect it in a long run or it may actually prevent it from performing. At all. Below is an example. The rear main seal on the 1.9 TDI bkc VAG and many others engines are also crank senders which if not aligned it'll affect the way the engine runs.
Therefore, pay attention people, to avoid paying unnecessary money fixing simple issues that shouldn't be there in the first place.

One of last week's job was a iMusic Megane Coupe in for a clutch kit and brakes all around. Customer was very happy with how the car drives now and left a good review on Whocanfixmycar.com.

Friday's job was rear disc and pads on a MK2 Focus. Had to be mobile as the customer couldn't bring the car to the premises. Easy job✌️✌️
