Power Maxed Racing is heading into the final rounds of the BTCC with their heads held high after a standout performance at Silverstone!

The team pulled off a win, a podium finish and a championship in rounds 25, 26 and 27 and we know they will show the same grit and determination at Brands Hatch this weekend. Here is a quick reminder of the current standings:

Independents Trophy: Mikey Doble is in 1st place with 373 points
Independent Teams' Championship: LKQ Euro Car Parts with Power Maxed Racing are in 1st place with 458 points
Jack Sears Trophy: Dexter Patterson was crowned 2026 champion

Silverstone delivers a win, a podium and a championship for Power Maxed Racing!

Rounds 25, 26 and 27 of the British Touring Car Championship ran at Silverstone on 26th–27th September and it was a weekend to remember for the team.

It started on Saturday, with Mikey Doble taking pole and converting it into victory in the qualifying race, leading Aiden Moffat home for a Power Maxed Racing 1-2.

Sunday's opener made it 2 in a row. Moffat took his maiden win of 2026 with the fastest Independent lap of the race and Doble followed him across the line in 2nd. Race #2 proved tougher, with Moffat 9th, Dexter Patterson 14th and Doble 16th, but Moffat was back on the podium in a rain-soaked finale, 3rd overall and 1st Independent home.

There was silverware to collect too! Dexter Patterson was crowned Jack Sears Trophy champion with a round still to spare.

Silverstone this weekend and Power Maxed Racing have three championship leads to defend!

Rounds 25, 26 and 27 of the BTCC take place at Silverstone on 26–27 September.

Mikey Doble heads into the weekend leading the Independents Trophy by 33 points and sitting eighth overall. LKQ Euro Car Parts with Power Maxed Racing lead the Independent Teams' standings by 27 points and Dexter Patterson's Jack Sears Trophy lead stands at a mighty 118 points.

Six rounds to go and everything still to race for. Best of luck to Mikey, Aiden, Dexter, Nick and the whole crew, we're right behind you!

A win at Croft for Power Maxed Racing!

Rounds 22, 23 and 24 of the BTCC took place at Croft on 5th–6th September and Mikey Doble rounded off the weekend in style, leading every lap of race three from pole for his second win of the season, ahead of Tom Chilton and Gordon Shedden.

Aiden Moffat was superbly consistent all weekend with sixth, ninth and sixth, picking up an Independent class win in race one along the way. Over at Steel Seal with Power Maxed Racing, Dexter Patterson fought back to eighth in the finale and Nick Halstead kept improving to take 17th.

The team leaves Croft with three championship leads to defend: Doble tops the Independents Trophy by 33 points, LKQ Euro Car Parts with Power Maxed Racing lead the Independent Teams' standings by 27 and Patterson's Jack Sears Trophy advantage is now 118 points.

Six rounds to go, Silverstone on 26th–27th September, then Brands Hatch on 10th–11th October.

A big weekend ahead at Knockhill for Power Maxed Racing🏁

Rounds 16, 17 & 18 of the Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship mark a significant milestone for the team, returning to the circuit exactly one year on from the fire that threatened the future of the operation.

Twelve months later, the rebuild tells its own story. This weekend sees Power Maxed Racing field four Audi S3s on the BTCC grid for the first time, with Nick Halstead rejoining Aiden Moffat, Dexter Patterson and Mikey Doble in the team’s largest entry to date.

With Moffat and Patterson racing on home soil, and the championship battle continuing to intensify, Knockhill sets the stage for a huge weekend of racing.
