Are Your Tyres Over-Inflated?

It’s easy to think that a little extra air in your tyres can’t hurt, but over-inflating your tyres can affect your vehicle’s handling, braking and grip.

An over-inflated tyre has less contact with the road, which can mean:
🔹 Reduced grip and traction
🔹 Less comfortable driving
🔹 Uneven tyre wear
🔹 Changes to braking and handling

Your tyres should be inflated to the manufacturer’s recommended pressure, not simply the maximum pressure shown on the tyre.

If you’re unsure about your tyre pressures, get them checked and make sure your tyres are working safely and efficiently.
