3 bedroom 6 berth caravan situated in Chapel St Leonards on the Happy Days Caravan Park ; sorry NO smoking inside the van
The caravan has a 26 inch free view TV and a DVD player , There is a microwave and all cooking equipment i.e. plates pots pans ect
** All bedding ( quilts pillows sheets pillow cases & covers ) can be provided for all beds but there will be a small extra cost**
The beach , amusement , shops , and restaurants / clubs are all within 10 minutes walk

Please note a £75 deposit is required to secure your booking & a £75 bond will be added to your balance which will be refunded once caravan has been checked for any damage and keys have been returned to us . The balance of your holiday must be paid 4 weeks before the start of your holiday . Sorry there are no refunds for cancellations
