MECHANIC/TECHNICIAN
Job Summary
We are a busy independent garage specialising in Ford Servicing Franchise as well as carrying out servicing & repairs on all makes and models. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Motor Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of modern vehicle types, ensuring optimal performance and safety. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for modern vehicles.
The Role
You will carry out a wide range of mechanical repairs and servicing to a high standard, including:
Routine servicing & maintenance & Vehicle health checks
Renewing of Brakes, suspension & steering work components
Clutches
Timing belts/chains
Engine & turbo repairs
Basic diagnostics required. Advanced diagnostic work available for the right candidate, including ECU programming and DPF/AdBlue system diagnosis and repair
Mot testing
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times during repair procedures

What we require
MOT tester (Desirable but not essential)
