Some good news today!

Van loaded and we will be out tomorrow Thursday & Friday with all remaining deliveries,

If you have a order you do not have to do anything we will be in touch via contact details provided very soon

Another email from Revvi stating that they will not be using the same service they have used this time round which has caused the delays,

Any delays that have occurred was and is out of the company’s control.

"We want to be transparent about a current logistical issue we're facing. The fluctuating nature of orders over the past few weeks, with an increase in panic cancellations, makes it challenging to plan and book essential services like ferry van and driver. This can unfortunately lead to unforeseen delays in deliveries. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we navigate these challenges in the background."

Important Update On Recent Challenges

Dear customers

We regret to inform you that we have recently encountered unexpected challenges regarding Revvi.

Despite our best efforts and a strong commitment to meeting our obligations to our customers, we have been let down by Revvi which has impacted massively on our business year.

Please see below our correspondence with Revvi.

-Option two: Those who wish to cancel your order please send a quick email confirmation of cancelation order, account and sc details to: [email protected]

Cancellations will be processed in orderly queue please respect this takes time we aim to have funds in your account within 2-4 hours same day working day. Close (Edited) 24th December

We understand the importance of this to you and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused.
Please be rest assured that this has caused massive disruption on our company.

We value your trust while you have waited patiently as we worked diligently to resolve this matter.

It is with great sadness that this years bikes are still late we have been told this evening they are now expected to arrive on the 20th December if no more delays arise, worst case scenario you will have your bike 1st week in January

Revvi has asked us to supply are own transportation, we will get the ferry to England our self’s to collect the stock and bring home the same day before Xmas

This situation is not ideal and completely out of our control we have run a very successful Christmas club throughout the year every year from 2020 through the most uncertain economic times that we have faced
