Edit.
We test drove it before stripping and it run and drove lovely 😂 if you zoom in on the tensioner you can see a strand of rubber is just on its way out from in between the belt and pulley 😳😂

2.5tdi auto to manual conversion in today. Stripped, rebuilt and back up and driving in the day. Few niggles to sort in the morning then the owner can head back south in it.
Reconditioned 02g gearbox ✅
New dmf, clutch and concentric bearing ✅
Gear linkage rebuilt with new bushes ✅
New peddle rubbers and gear k**b ✅
New Bosch starter motor ✅
