Well it’s finally come in from today that you can tow a trailer weighing 3500 kg on your car licence!!!

We are still here to offer training on trailer handling and giving you a certificate at the end of the tuition for proof of carrying out course.

Also Cumbria Farmer Network are offering funding towards the course.

Well after nearly a quarter of a century we have received the shocking news that as from the 20th September you no longer are required to take a trailer test to tow a trailer up to the weight of 3.5 ton.

For most people this will be good news but for some it will make them angry. So very mixed a motions, I do feel that Covid as made the world go daft, I don’t know how you all feel on this matter.

Anyway we are still here for anyone wanting to have advanced tuition on handling a trailer. As some people might feel a bit uneasy going out on the road having no experience whatsoever in towing, reversing and especially with no knowledge of how to safely couple up a trailer in the correct procedure.

So just to let you know we are still here at this present moment in time to offer our services to anyone who wants more knowledge on handling a trailer.
