3AS Leisure is growing — and we’re looking for a confident, capable Tractor Driver / Yard Operative to join our team in Carmarthen.
If you’re practical, reliable and comfortable moving large vehicles, this could be the role for you.

🔧 The Role:
Moving caravans & motorhomes safely around site using a tractor
Positioning stock for display, workshop & customer collections
Preparing vehicles ready for customer handover
Delivering caravans and motorhomes to customers when required
Providing full handovers – confidently explaining how everything works
Keeping the yard organised, tidy and safe
This is a key role within the business — you’ll be trusted with valuable stock and representing 3AS Leisure when dealing with customers.


✅ What We’re Looking For:
Experienced tractor driver
Confident manoeuvring trailers and large vehicles
Full UK driving licence (B+E preferred)
Good communication skills
Reliable, safety-conscious and self-motivated
Experience in farming, plant, transport or motor trade would be a strong advantage.
