2011 Ford Mondeo with DPF problems.

This vehicle came in and after our initial diagnostic assessment we found the issue causing the failed regenerations which resulted in the blocked DPF.

We replaced a faulty DPF component then rectified a software issue with the Engine ECU before carrying out our in situ DPF chemical clean.

We then carried out an extensive road test to make sure passive regeneration could now take place naturally.

Transit Custom Tourneo came in with fault code after being to 3 other garages who couldn’t fix it because they didn’t actually know what was wrong with it.

Upon our initial diagnostic assessment we established the DPF was badly blocked with soot build up and that one of the key components in the DPF system was faulty which was preventing regeneration taking place.

The previous garages had tried to carry out forced regenerations but this would never have been successful due to the severity of the blockage and more crucially, the fact they had missed the faulty component in the DPF system.

We replaced the faulty component then carried out an on-the-vehicle DPF chemical clean to restore the DPF to a healthy condition. We then road tested the vehicle for around 55 miles on the M74 whilst monitoring live data to make sure that passive regeneration could now take place naturally.

2013 Ford Transit in with DPF issues and showing fault codes .....

After our live data analysis and manual testing procedures we found the DPF to be severely blocked with regenerations failing due to another faulty component in the DPF system.

The faulty part was replaced and DPF chemical clean carried out to reduce soot levels and back pressure. This was followed by an extensive motorway journey whilst monitoring live data to ensure passive regeneration could now take place naturally.

Citroen Berlingo 1.6 HDI DPF problem fixed.....

This Berlingo was only 3 years old but already had 197k miles on the clock as it's used for parcel delivery.

After our diagnostic testing we found the DPF to be blocked due to poor maintenance.

After our 3 Stage DPF clean and new filters it was back in the road and ready for work again!
