EGR Delete + Adblue Delete

This one had been suffering along with a Nox sensor fault for many months until it eventually developed an issue with the position sensor part of the EGR valve.

The customer called us out to carry out our lifetime guaranteed EGR Delete and Adblue Delete to permanently solve both issues.

However before we began we analysed some live data to ensure there were no issues with the DPF as this can begin to block up when other faults are active within the engine management system which disable the DPF regeneration functionality. Thankfully the DPF was clear and no issues were found meaning after the EGR and Adblue solutions were applied the vehicle was back to performing as it should, and no longer in limp mode.

Stage 1 Remap

The owner of this one had been waiting some time to have this job carried out as the protocol for reading/writing the ECU without first needing to send the ECU away, has just been released.

We have most tools on the market available meaning we were able to read/write to the SID212 ECU via the vehicles OBD port, no need for ECU removal.

Our Stage 1 calibration sees approximate gains of:

130 bhp - 190 bhp
385 nm - 440 nm

Needless to say we have another happy customer.

2021 Vauxhall Vivaro 2.0 CDTI

Called out to this Vivaro van suffering from a sticking EGR Valve.

The customer wanted our lifetime guaranteed EGR Delete for a permanent fix.

Being the 2.0 CDTI engine, it had the Bosch MD1CS006 ECU fitted. Using our dedicated CS006 bench cable we connected directly to the ECU in place without the need to remove it. We applied our EGR Dekete which on this vehicle involves closing the EGR duty cycle to keep the valve permanently in the closed position along with some typical DTCs/fault codes for the EGR system.

Job done and live data analysis carried out to confirm EGR remaining fully closed.

Another happy customer and £££'s saved.

We were called to this one as the engine management light had come on and had stored some Nox DTCs. The owner also asked for an increase in performance at the same time, with our Stage 1 ECU Remap.

This one had the following Nox sensor faults

2020 Renault Master 2.3 DCI

ADBLUE FAULT

This Renault had already had an Adblue Delete carried out by another unknown person. However, after a few minutes of driving, the Adblue mileage countdown until non-start warning would appear on the dashboard.

The person who carried out the unsuccessful attempt was now un-contactable so we were called in the sort the issue.

We flashed the ECU (SID321) back to standard software so we could start from scratch. We carried out our lifetime guaranteed Adblue Delete to permanently disable the system and clear the faults and eradicate the mileage countdown warning for good saving the customer £££'s.
