With torque over outright power being the priority she came away with 108lbft torque and 84bhp ..
Excellent 😁
And this is with a standard 12g940 head an valve gear,
Later A+ block, 10:5:1 pistons,
Swiftune SW5 cam,
Vernier set at 107° adv ..
Balanced with ultralight flywheel,
Aldon ignition,
Single Weber 40,
Maniflow LCB with RC40 exhaust.
The following days drive home was an absolute pleasure 😎

With a short week due to planned trip to Thursday for our 1962 mini XSJ, with the night spent at the Red Lion for our 21st anniversary,
The disruption of our Toyota Surfs issues and some car logistics to set up for next week, I didn't get 'much' done this week other than a few services etc ... . I feel the bank holiday couldn't have come along at a better time 😎

Ended up drilling an access hole to hammer a smaller socket on and it still needed dad on the oxy acetalyn whilst I cranked it ..!!!
Anyways she runs and drives much better now 😎
