‘Doing things the right way, staying ahead of the game’
We had a Volkswagen Passat in this week with the Engine Management light on.
As you can see there is a huge build up of carbon in the throttle body (very common on Diesel engines). However, on this particular engine a part in the EGR system which directs flow of exhaust gases is fitted incorrectly from factory. This is why there is an abnormal build up of carbon deposits.
As we are such a strong suit in Volkswagen, Audi, Seat and Skoda we have detailed knowledge of the product, many garages do not.
This means that rather than cleaning it up and sending the customer on their way with the likelihood of a quick build up of carbon again, by rectifying the underlying cause we have carried out a permanent fix.
We have manufacturer and equivalent diagnostic tooling for Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, Seat, Skoda, Jaguar, Land Rover, BMW, Mini but also have the tools and skill to carry out diagnostic work, servicing and repairs on all other makes and models.
