1.6 idtec civic which came in for a set of glow plugs service and a replacement wheel bearing which soon escalated 🙈 cylinder 1 plug picked up on the thread when being extracted and caused quite a nightmare, not being able to gain access there was only one option which was to remove the engine! Luckily the customer got off lightly! we managed to remove it once out the car and restore the thread/fit his new plugs along with the wheel bearing and a service 😎 hopefully no more like this for a while 🚗💨💨

It’s been a busy week, we had this lovely s2000 in for a full under body Hardrace bush kit along with all new adjustment bolts and fixings. Also we’ve fitted an ACT clutch kit with a braided clutch line, new slave and master cylinder. Fn2 in for a rear axle shock absorbers, alternator and new headlights. Stunning fresh import Stepwagon in for a major service and health check. Turbo fn2 in for a fd2 balance shaft delete kit, new timing chain and tensioner and a service 🚗💨💨

Lovely fk8 in yesterday for a major service, after market exhaust system and Honda rear pads. Accord I-dtec in for Pagid discs and pads all round. Jdm ep3 for a minor service. Grey ep3 for a Tegiwa alloy rad and Honda coolant change. Jazz came in for a major service and a check over 🚗💨💨

Tony and Mccauleys EP3’s in this morning for spring start VTC actuator springs, Bogdan’s fn2 in for a replacement rear axle, replacement rear arch trims and door handles. Black fn2 in for a rear axle powerflex bushes and a Tegiwa exhaust manifold. Mk8 civic in for powerflex axle bushes 😎😎

Greg’s lovely Mugen fn2 we’ve had in for an exedy oem clutch kit, Honda MTF transmission oil change along with fitting a skunk2 ultra inlet manifold which put up a bit of a fight seized in studs but we got there in the end 😎, DC5 in for an exedy oem clutch kit mtf change, Tegiwa alloy radiator and new Honda type 2 coolant. Mk8 civic in for a replacement clutch master cylinder. Stepwagon in for rear axle bushes 💪 these can be a pain but we have them down to a T now! 🚗💨💨

Another k24 frank build about to leave! This ep3 came in with a knocking bottom end. Customer opted for a k24a3 bottom end whilst retaining his original ep3 cylinder head. Replacement oil pump timing chain tensioner and guides, full service, water pump and a upper gasket set 😎😎

Lovely ep3 in today for refurbished rear hubs using super pro bushes, powerflex trailing arm bushes. Refurbished rear calipers and carriers, new rear tow bolts. Radium fuel rail, replacement cv boot and a VTC actuator spring. 😎😎

Some of the cars we’ve had in over the last few days. Fk2 in for a major service Honda 2 piece discs and pads all round. EP3 for a pair of Honda front compliance bushes, red came in for a major service and replacement headlight bulbs. Blue civic in for Sachs shocks all round, front top mounts, bump stop kit, front arb bushes and a sod unit. S2000 in for a Honda oem 3 piece clutch kit. 😎😎
