First job in the workshop has been this Ford Fiesta 1.0 Ecoboost 🚗
This vehicle came to us in need of a new engine due to the original head cracking and emptying the coolant into the oil sump 👀
We rebuild these engine from a bare block in house, using new pistons, the block gets rebored and the crank ground and polished, along with a tested head which is freshly skimmed, a new gasket set timing chain etc etc
We set to work and got the engine removed, swapped over all the ancillary parts and refitted the new engine, filled it with fresh oil and a new filter, fresh coolant and it fired up first flick of the key.
