Sadly we are having to repeat ourselves yet again. Due to my line of work I CAN NOT GIVE YOU A ETA. I don’t know how long each job will take. It could take half an hour or it could take several hours. The best I can do is give am or pm. If this isn’t good enough all I can suggest is you try someone else.

We have suffered some severe damage from the storm (luckily not our house) so that is our priority at the moment not fixing other peoples problems. WE ARE NOW CLOSED for Christmas. Please don’t contact us between now and new year as we would like, just for once, a family Christmas with no interruptions from work. We will not be replying to any messages or phone calls during Christmas so please don’t be selfish and inconsiderate. We are closed!
Sorry to be blunt but every year we get so many messages over the holidays and every year we ask nicely not to be disturbed but our requests get ignored so this year it’s going to be different.

Yet again we are having to repeat ourselves.
1: I am mobile. I DO NOT live in Illogan so please stop turning up at the door. The people living there are getting sick of it and to be honest I totally understand.

2: I CAN NOT give you an appointment time so please stop asking when I’m going to be with you. In my line of work a job that should take 20 mins could turn into 2/3 hours so I can’t give times.
