Nissan X Trail 1.7 dci having our ad blue solution applied.

A little trip over to Mansfield this evening to sort out an ad blue fault to a customers nissan xtrail.

37 more miles and this vehicle would be a non starter.

Ecu flashed and problem solved.

Ford Transit MSrt customs with us today for stage 1 tunes.

Today we went over to go good customer of ours to map these lovely pair of msrt transits.

Safe to say the customer was over the moon with the results after we were finished.

Stock 170bhp and 350nm

⚠Mercedes CLA 200 having our Stage 1 remap⚠

A trip out to Chesterfield saw us remapping this Mercedes CLA 200 diesel. This comes with the 2.1 diesel turbo found in alot of the Mercedes range but out the factory this model only has 138bhp.

With just a few simple software changes these cars are completely transformed.

The results afterwards was a car that performed way better in all aspects. Almost instant throttle response and way more usable torque mid range.

⏩Power went from a standard 138bhp upto an estimated 180bhp and torque from 300nm upto 460nm ⏪

⚠Skoda Octavia VRs diesel having our stage 2 remap⚠

Another lovely car that we went out to recently that a good friend of ours had purchased. Has had a few performance diesels but this one felt very flat and we decided to apply our stage 2 software with our DPF and EGR solution.

The results afterwards was a car that was totally transformed performance wise and the customer was extremely happy with the outcome of the remap.

⏩Power went from a standard 184bhp upto an estimated 240bhp and torque from 380nm upto 460nm ⏪

⚠Mercedes E220D having our stage 1 & Ad Blue solution⚠

We were contacted by this customer after he was having issues with his Ad Blue system on his Mercedes. The car was going into a no start countdown and with using the vehicle for work needed the car sorting as soon as possible.

We booked the customer in and got to work applying our solution to the ECU after a full diagnostics scan to check for the fault codes.
We also applied our 'RED' stage 1 to the vehicle at the same time.

⏩Power went from a standard 192bhp to an estimated 226bhp and torque from 400nm upto 480nm⏪

And the bonus of the Ad Blue solution being applied meant no more issues with that system anymore.

⚠BMW X1 receiving our EGR solution⚠

Another lovely wet morning visit to remap this BMW X1.
The car was suffering with limp mode after the troublesome EGR system on these started to malfunction. The customer fitted an EGR delete kit to the vehicle but we needed to apply our EGR solution map to the car for it to be happy.

The car is now running perfectly with no more engine light lit on the dash and limp mode is gone. Another happy customer.
While we were there we also used our diagnostic tool to reset a service light as requested.

⚠Vauxhall Corsa 1.4 Turbo having our stage 1 remap⚠

A lovely wet and rainy day today saw us heading over towards Mansfield to remap this Corsa 1.4 turbo. The customer had been recommended to us through a friend of his who had used us in the past.

We ran a full diagnostic health check and found no major issues to report to the customer so we began applying our 'RED' stage 1 file to the ECU.

⏩Power went from a standard 120 bhp upto an estimated 170bhp and torque from 175nm upto 270nm⏪

Another return visit from an old customer of ours over in Arnold, Nottingham. The last car we mapped for him was done for him 6 years ago. And his last remap from us was so reliable and fun for him he's returned to us after all the time with his new car.

This particular Audi is a Japanese import and was very clean for is age and came with a full service history.

We did a full diagnostic scan on the car and found it to be in great health with no major fault codes.

We applied our 'RED stage 1 ECU & TCU tune' to the engine and gearbox which will have both running in perfect harmony with the added extra power.
