🚗💨 Off CAR DPF CLEANING IN PROGRESS! 🛠️

A blocked DPF can cause poor performance, reduced fuel economy, warning lights and unwanted downtime.

Our off the car dpf machine is the next step from regenerating your DPF on your car. If your DPF is too full to be regenerated on the car, this process is more successful at removing the soot mass & ash mass out of the DPF. Off the car DPF cleaning has a much higher success rate at 98%🔧✨

✅ Professional DPF cleaning
✅ Improved airflow & performance
✅ Help reduce DPF-related issues
✅ Suitable for a wide range of vehicles from car to light and heavy commercial,
✅ The DPF filter can either be removed by yourself and delivered to us for cleaning. Or you can drop the vehicle to us where we can then remove, clean and re-fit the DPF ourselves, which will occur in an additional cost for labour.

📩 Contact us today on [email protected] or 01291 42209 for a quote or to book your DPF cleaning.

EV vehicle!!
Our first ever EV battery pack removal.
This is a bit of an interesting one. Not only did this come in for a non starting/ charging fault, it came in with a crushed pin in the plug! Interesting… to fix this fault, it wasn’t as simple as we’d first thought, it required dropping the battery pack. However this wasn’t the actual fault causing the non charge fault, this was picked up on by our technician while looking round the vehicle. Not good!

The actual fault with this vehicle was the three phase generator had gone faulty! Fortunately, for us this was slightly easier then dropping the battery pack, and more of a simple repair.

We now offer this service for any and all EV vehicles, we have a fully qualified EV technician and have access to lockout tools if required, aswell as the correct lift to ensure no damage is done to any component upon removal.

Please contact us on:

Or pop us a message on any of our social media and we can help get you booked in!

Once again, thank you for all your continued support!
