Police case number C191702 is from north wales police station that there is a standstill traffic situation trying to get out of Ysbyty Gwynedd for last 2 hours with nothing moving. Police said they would send soneone to have a look what problem was.but still a standstill.does anyone have and inspirational knowledge please,my daughter been struck of 2hrs in same spot,if calling for police assistance use above reference number.this is unreasonable surely.

Reflective road studs may be used with white lines.
⚪ White studs mark the lanes or the middle of the road.
