Our best yet! This Canadian 110 came to us for a complete Overland build, from soft top to pop top, 300tdi to 2.8, weekend camper to Overland tourer.
Where to start; a 2.8 engine conversion with uprated turbo, stainless steel exhaust and Royal Fab stainless steel snorkel to be able to cruise at motorway speeds.
An Alucab Icarus roof conversion, Flatdog roof rack, Tuff Trek shower cubicle and Ostrich wing 270 degree awning on the roof.
Explore glazing windows all round with customised rock sliders, tub sliders, NAS rear step completed the outside.
Inside is where it’s truly special… Solid oak all around, matched with bespoke hex ply carpentry work.
A Victron Energy battery system with a 240 volt supply for the induction hob and sockets with a diesel heater, Dometic fridge, 12 volt oven, lights, water pump and charging points completing the electrical installation.
Upfront we fitted heated leather Exmoor trim seats, upgraded the sound system and radio, all sound deadened and ready for adventure.

This awesome little FJ Cruiser came in for its overland prep. We carried out a service and inspection, fitted upgraded Old Man Emu suspension, rock sliders, lightbar behind the grille, ARB underbody protection and a Safari Snorkel raised air intake. Inside we custom fit out the rear as per our clients specification and requirements, this includes an ARB zero fridge and bison gear tailgate table, all ready for its trip to Portugal and Northern Africa

Check this out! A 2025 Ford Ranger, came into us for a complete overland set up. Starting with the underside, ARB underbody protection, Old Man Emu MT64 suspension upgrade, a front ARB air locker and extended differential breathers. On top we fitted Ironman front and rear bumpers, Safari snorkel, spot lights and reversing lights. On top of the Eezi Awn roof rack is a solar panel, Maxtrax and Starlink mini. Inside we carried out a full bespoke drawer system, Victron electrical system and water system. Since we completed the work we have also fitted a Bush Company rooftent and fitted our Ostrich Wing awning light kit 😍

A couple of weeks have passed since we returned from the amazing Abenteuer Allrad 2026 in Germany. We met new companies, saw new products, made new friends and met up with old ones. Some inventive and slightly bizarre products kept the show interesting and varied. We also made it to see the incredible work by Custom Campers in Warendorf afterwards, looking forward to 2027

The owner of this Mercedes campervan wanted a better suspension solution to stop the crashing over bumps and potholes. We fitted uprated Koni shock absorbers and Sumo Springs which made all the difference. Finished off with Lazer Lamps grille integrated lights. Another happy customer off on their travels 😁

This 150 series Toyota Landcruiser came to us for some pre trip work. A full service, check over and a couple of maintenance items, then came the fun part. Old Man Emu suspension, Safari snorkel, secondary fuel filter, extended diff breathers and a Tuff Trek Rooftent, custom mounted to ARB base rack rails so no need for a full roof rack. Off to Dakar they went 🐫🐪

Our first Landcruiser 250 series build, and what a start! Old Man Emu MT64 suspension upgrade, BF Goodrich KO3 tyres, Front runner roof rack with awning, under rack table mount and Maxtrax recovery tracks. Lazer lamps rear lights, lightbar and integrated grille lights wired to the main beam and all switched from the drivers seat. Hidden front Warn winch, window tint and extended differential breathers. This Iveco Daily aka Lolly, came in for a few upgrades before her round the world trip. We started by fabricating twin rear shock absorber mounts with uprated Koni shocks. We fitted an air helper spring system linked to an ARB twin compressor for airing up, all height adjustable using the paddle switches. A winch mount and Goodwinch winch fitted, isolated in the cab for safety, then a few maintenance jobs to finish and Lolly is ready to go.
