This brand-new big block Chevy has been in for some special treatment this week.

Internal walls have been coated in micro slick. Cerakote Micro Slick is used to assist with friction areas and shedding of oil. It is used to reduce friction on a variety of internal engine components such as piston skirts, valve stems, cams, cranks, and the underside of valve covers. It is also used on firearm components, such as bolts, and bolt carriers.

Externally has been coated in C-series Glacier Black.

Today we was given free range over these these new valve covers for Richard Tunstalls roadster drag car. We went with a graphite black base coat for the decals. Ruby red with a blaze FX to finish off. We also decided it was a nice touch to pay homage to Riches Late father Kev Cerasale who originally built the car.
