It’s been a long weekend but we’ve not been resting! Finally got the whole body prepped and primered!!! Now just to do the cab and then on with the actual painting…

‘Lilly’ is back again, but this time for some aesthetics ahead of coming out to play when the weather gets better. We’ve fully wired up her halos so they now do her indicators too and also her spots for full beams. While she’s in we’re smoothing out her front bumper and it’s now smooth as a baby’s bottom and ready for primer then paint. Watch this space for pics of the finished job!!

We had this little beauty in again but this time for major surgery - a heart transplant! Out with the old 1.8 8v lump and in with a new 1.8 20v turbo lump. She absolutely flies. One VERY happy owner!! Thanks to Ollie @ DOT WORX for doing a custom SS exhaust and turbo pipe 👌🏼

The current big project is to transfer the Horsebox off the blue chassis cab on to the much newer red chassis cab. Luton is being added and cut through from cab to living will be done then it’ll be sprayed and have graphics added. Once the outside is complete, the living will also have a makeover. When it’s done it’ll look a lot like the last pic of the white lorry. Watch this space!!

Had this little one back again to finish the sound system upgrade to full alpine system and new coil overs all round. Beats sound amazing and handles like a dream again!

We had this little beauty in this week for a cam belt, full service and pre MOT. Ended up wax oiling her completely and fixing the corrosion on the front indicator too. Also had to make some adjustments to the wheel arches as they were rubbing continuously. 36 years old and flew through the MOT! P.s. ‘it ain’t dubbin unless it’s rubbin’
