A lot of learners walk into their test believing the examiner decides whether they pass or fail.
The reality?
The examiner doesn't make you pass or fail. Their job is simply to assess whether your driving meets the required standard on the day.
✅ Safe decisions
✅ Good observations
✅ Correct speed and positioning
✅ Awareness of other road users
✅ Consistent control of the vehicle
These are all things that come from your preparation and your actions behind the wheel.
The examiner isn't looking for perfection. They're looking for a driver who can drive safely and independently.
So instead of worrying about who your examiner is, focus on what you can control:
