From this a week ago to this, new bars & risers all wiring inside clutch n brake pipe replaced then chopped off the back end fit new lights & side mount then changed the rear tyre for a white wall to match the front. One happy customer.

Customer brought his 06 Harley Dyna in for the oil light always on, after stripping the cam chest off I found the oil pump smashed after doing some investigation it appears the bike had been dropped & repaired but the pinion shaft run out was out of tolerance which resulted in damaging the engine.
Crank was repaired & re-aligned new oil pump & a full engine rebuild including bearings & it was like new again

Owner wanted the skinny 19” front wheel converted to a fatty front wheel so i found this contrast cut wheel which was designed to fit in the rear & with a lot of head scratching & few hours work this is what I came up with, the owner was a very happy chap

Just finished working on this brand new Harley FXLR with 117Ci. Installed 12” aperture hanger bars with 2” risers, then fitted a new exhaust system & finally removed 5” off the rear mudguard & fitted a new LED rear light compatible for canbus
