2015 208 1.2 puretech in for misfire faults codes say cylinder 1 all coils and plugs removed and compressions tested no 1 nothing partially strip top end and carry out cylinder leakage test tail pipe is whistling so suspected 2 burnt out exhaust valves pretty common on these engines .

The head is off the c3 61 plate 63000 miles loads service history bit no one mentioned to the owner about checking or changing cam belt and its failed causing 6 bent valves so 8 new ones being fitted quick skim and rebuild with new parts it'll be good for a few more years

A week off from the classics this week a little 206 couple mot bits check out management light on and failed emission test fault code relates to a missfire fault plugs replaced as precaution rear box coroded and hold causing the emission fault and no brake pedal after some one else replaced load valve checked out and a quick rebleed the proper way and pedals spot on
