If you have made a booking with us either mot, service or repairs & If you are unable to make the appointment please can you phone / text / email ASAP just to kindly let us know you are unable to make it please.
We are a small family business with one mot tester / mechanic and time wasted impacts us hugely and the slot could of been offered to other customers. It's happening alot lately so please just be mindful and let us as soon as possible. Thanks for your understanding.
