This time it’s to do with enquiries. I’d like to thank you all for your enquiries and messages to booking in and asking for quotes.
I will however request one thing, please can you only use the following channels:

• WhatsApp/Text to our number
• Cole Howe Detailing page
• Web Enquiries/Emails
• Phone Calls During Working Hours

Any message sent to my personal Facebook messenger or my Instagram unfortunately will be ignored going forward or directed to this page.

My typical working hours are:

Monday to Friday 9am - 7pm
Saturday 9am - 6pm
Sunday 10am - 5pm

Calls made outside of these hours I will try and answer however I won’t be tripping over kids toys to collect the call.

Yes, I might be self employed however now going forward business hours will be adhered to so I can have that time to ‘shut off’ and spend time with my family.
I really don’t want to have to spend Friday evenings at 9:30pm messaging clients to then result in a failed booking, time that could have been spent with my loved ones.

Thanks everybody, I hope you can appreciate this post and respect that the business is super busy however a self employed father does infact need a bit of time off.

Some customers travel to us from different towns, this customer travelled to us from a different country! Namely, Germany.

Visiting family the customer requested a ceramic package to massively aid in protecting their vehicle and enhancing the gloss and we were more than happy to help!
This vehicle is only one month old and now the protection will last certainly for the foreseeable future.

It was also strange driving both an EV, but a left hand drive one as well.

We are off this weekend now, back Monday with a truly manic start to the week.

Our other work today, at this point you can call us Eddie Murphy as we just attract other people’s pets!

Working in Ellesmere Port for the majority of the day, with a Transit Custom full valet where someone’s four legged friend wanted to help us out.

Then the Porsche EV we maintain every four weeks.

Back tomorrow Buckley based all day as well. All enquiries have now been replied to, if you’re waiting for a message give us that gentle nudge but we should be up to date.

RANDOM ACT OF KINDNESS.

Today we were called by a customer who needed their front seats cleaned due to a minor incident and we were more than happy to help.
It was on our way home so the seats received a hoover, shampoo and a freshen up.
The interior carpets in the front were also hoovered and the trims cleaned for the customer.

Best part… all for free.

If we can give back to our local community we will do so ✌️

We pulled out the gazebo today for our work and it certainly saved us, allowing the work to carry on as normal, albeit wet!

Our customers BMW X1 needed a machine polish to restore the paintwork back to how it should be. Swirl marks removed, gloss and clarity restored and some damage marks removed as well. What’s even better is this was done in the customers driveway at absolutely no inconvenience to them!

What a great day today!! All maintenance work which we look after every four weeks and a great to see all regular customers again.

We have been to Penymynydd, Mancot then New Brighton on the Wirral. Back home then to give the van a thorough deep clean ready for work on Wednesday.

All enquiries will be replied to tomorrow morning, again over the bank holiday weekend I’ve been inundated with messages from you all.

We are also looking at a training course for a full wet sanding course to enable our skills further.

Two vehicles complete today trying to battle and beat the rain which never really came!

The Skoda Enyaq received a single stage machine polish to enhance the gloss and remove swirls with the addition of a ceramic coating to lock in the freshly polished paint.

This afternoon saw us give a Toyota Corolla GR a deep clean that’s being sold this week for the owner to receive a new one.

All being well we are back tomorrow taking Tuesday off with it being the last day of half term.

I’d like to thank you all for your enquiries over the last few days and this week. I know some of you are still waiting for replies from the last couple of days and I’d like to thank you for your patience.

I’m currently receiving multiple enquires each day and I go from the ‘last message’ first. Therefore if you send me a message and a few hours later I get a fresh enquiry and you decide to send a simple ‘?’ Then you automatically go to the back of the list.

I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again, just send that one message because you’ll be replied to first. If you then send a second message you go further down the list for me to reply to.

Thanks for all of the support these last few weeks, I really do appreciate it. I do not ignore any message, they all get replied to at latest within a 24 hour timeframe.

Today was WET. A write off for the afternoon with one booking needing to be moved on. Luckily our maintenance work didn’t suffer and we managed to get three vehicles complete.

Thanks to today’s customers for bearing with us and also feeding us this morning, can’t go wrong with a sausage and hash brown butty ✌️

We finished the day and decided to treat Rosie to a new toy that she loves!

We are back tomorrow. Tonight has been spent reinvesting into the business for our gazebo, new weights acquired and this week new sides will be ordered so we can continue in the rain if needed.
