Yes, we have all the manufacturer training, and we work to Ford’s standards — but we also do things our way.

And being a family business means we believe in treating our people like people, not numbers.

We’re looking for experienced mechanics who take pride in their work and want to be part of a friendly, independent team.

HAVE YOU SEEN OUR STOLEN SIGNS
Over the weekend someone stole 3 Ford emblem signs from outside our showroom.
Being a Ford dealership these are important to us and if little value to anyone else.
We are at the moment combing our CCTV to put a firm date and time on the incident and should get some very clear pictures from the cameras in the showroom.

A change in franchise rules meant we had to change our trading NAME on the 1st January 2025 — but our Ford approval, our team, our building on Ford Street and our promise to you haven't moved an inch.

Since then we've become Buckingham Motor Company and Bicester Motor Company — but the important stuff hasn't changed. Still family-owned. Still local. Still doing this because we love it.
