☀️ And we’re back!

We’re home from our annual holiday and straight back into work! It’s lovely to be back, especially with this absolutely beautiful weather. The sun always seems to shine on South Cave, even on a rainy day! 🌦️💚

A little reminder that Willow Pond Holidays is open all year round! During the winter months, we operate with just four pitches. This gives our grass-accessed pitches some much-needed time to rest and recover, ready for another busy season next year. 🌱

Our winter jobs list is already looking rather full, so I don’t think we’ll be short of things to keep us busy! 🔨🧹

📅 Bookings for 2027 are coming in!

Our online booking system is up and running, and we’re already seeing bookings come through for next year. If possible, we kindly encourage everyone to book directly through our online booking system, OUTDOOR APP. It’s the easiest way to check availability. Please don’t forget to book for your fishing ticket too.

We’re looking forward to welcoming both our returning guests and new faces over the coming months. Thank you, as always, for supporting our little corner of Yorkshire. 💚

🌿 Good morning from Willow Pond! 🌿

Just a little note to all our regular guests and anyone thinking of booking a stay with us next year. 💚

Bookings are already coming in through our online booking system, and we’ll have three fewer pitches available in 2027, as these are being taken as seasonal pitches.

So, if you already have dates in mind, especially for a weekend stay, please do try to book sooner rather than later. We’d hate for you to be disappointed if your preferred dates have already gone! 🏕️

Just a reminder that Willow Pond is open all year round. From 1st November, we’ll be running with just four pitches, so if you’re thinking of a cosy weekend or midweek break over the winter, be quick — bookings are already coming in! 🍂🔥

Wow and just wow! September 22nd and it’s 32c!
We have been so busy, most guests are off today and back on tomorrow to a full house.
If you haven’t already tried us , we are not to be missed, it’s affordable, it’s idyllic you won’t be disappointed. New kitchen/shop fitted this last few days, looking great.

And, just like that September is here! Wow what a year!
It’s starting to slow a little midweek, weekends are still very much busy, but, if you haven’t already stayed with us or you fancy staying again, there are still some weekends in October available! Plenty midweek in October .

Ssshhhhh… 🤫 all is quiet! We’re completely full tonight, so I think everyone has either headed off to the pub or snuggled up in bed! 😂

It’s so beautiful and peaceful here tonight. I absolutely love our old-fashioned lamps — they really do make the site feel magical. ✨ They give it such a gorgeous Narnia feel… just waiting for Mr Tumnus to appear! 🦌🌲🕯️

I think this has to be one of my favourite times of the evening at the site. ❤️

Mr Roberts caught a beautiful carp today, 10.3lbs, unfortunately due to the heatwave we suspended fishing for a few days, it just shows “good things come for those who wait!” Well done Ben ! This is awesome.

If anyone has any photos to share (fishing ) and doesn’t mind them being displayed on our fish shack shop wall, please feel free to share and I’ll print them off for the wall.
