We want to say a big thank you to some of our amazing volunteers who took part in the ASIST (Applied Su***de Intervention Skills Training) this week.

We are so grateful to have volunteers who are committed to developing their skills and knowledge so they can better support our community. This training can be intense, but you all embraced the challenge and successfully completed it!

The course has given our volunteers the tools and techniques to begin supportive conversations with someone who may be considering su***de, with the aim of helping them to keep 'safe for now'.

A big thank you to 247 auto repairs- the owner, Craig, so generously donated to cover the high costs of such crucial training and made this happen 💙

We also want to say a massive thank you to LivingWorks and your amazing trainers, and Nick, who made the experience feel so supportive and uplifting despite the difficult topics discussed.

We have a opening for a skilled mechanic
Must have diagnostic skills and ability to work alone doing all mechanical and mainenance work.
Must have own tools and work well with a small team
Wages based on experience, but very high rates.
Monday to friday 8am till 5pm (ish) just like all small buisness, we like to finish jobs before leaving, Saturdays classed as overtime and optional but 1 in 4 weekends would be epriciated.
4 weeks holiday plus bank holidays a year and annual close at Christmas as part of your holidays.
Weekly pay, no working in hand.

This customer had a noisy water pump, they took my advice, time to change the cambelt and water pump, they were so very lucky, the belt was literally about to fail, keeping cars on the road, thankyou to all our customers 😀
