Another busy Sunday for Spirit of Sussex!

With multiple vehicles out today, we’re busy assisting with our clients’ travel needs and helping supporters get to their destinations safely, comfortably and on time.

Today, we have one coach heading to Birmingham City for a fixture, while another is travelling with the Blues Away Supporters Group to watch Coventry City vs Brighton & Hove Albion.

It was a perfect moment when both vehicles crossed paths and stopped for a comfort break at Oxford Services en route!

Our drivers pictured below Kevin, Ben and Charlie providing top class service as always. Stephen is missing from the photo, but he’s very much part of the team!

A huge thank you to all our drivers for their professionalism, dedication and commitment to keeping our passengers moving safely and comfortably every weekend.

As one coach heads back towards Sussex after enjoying a fantastic 5-day tour in the wonderful Whitby, our driver Dean was ready bright and early this morning, awaiting his coach to be fed to him for another 5-day tour this time taking in Scarborough and York!

While all of our school services have also returned today, it’s certainly been a busy Monday here at Spirit of Sussex.

We are incredibly proud to announce the arrival of our first brand new Irizar UK coaches, delivered to us this afternoon as part of a major investment in the continued growth and development of our business.

These impressive new vehicles represent the next generation of coach travel, combining state of the art technology, advanced safety systems, exceptional passenger comfort and outstanding reliability.

This investment is about much more than adding new vehicles to our fleet. It demonstrates our ambition, confidence and commitment to the future of Spirit of Sussex, while strengthening our coaching operation and enabling us to continue delivering the high standards our customers expect from us.

We are delighted to announce that preparations are well underway for the introduction of our brand new Yutong coaches on the 998 FlixBus service.

Our driving team is currently undertaking comprehensive training and familiarisation to ensure they are fully prepared ahead of the coaches entering passenger service.

The 998 route provides direct connections between Brighton, Gatwick Airport (North & South Terminals), Heathrow Terminal 5, Heathrow Central Bus Station, Luton DART, and Milton Keynes.

These stunning new Yutong coaches will offer our customers a more comfortable, reliable, and enjoyable travel experience, featuring modern interiors and enhanced onboard facilities.

We are incredibly excited to welcome these coaches to the fleet and look forward to seeing them in service very soon.
