Join us in saying a big congrats to Mandy, who's celebrating 20 years with Morgan Marine! 🎉 (and kind of more)

Mandy's history with us goes right back to '87, when she started out delivering welding spares across Essex, Suffolk, Hertfordshire and Lincolnshire for our old Craftsman Welding operation. After some years she left to raise her children - and Morgan Marine clearly stuck with her, because she returned in September 2006 and has been part of the furniture ever since.

These days Mandy's keeping the chandlery in check. She set up and merchandised it from scratch, and still keeps a close eye on operations day to day. If you've ever popped in, high chance Mandy was behind the counter.

Away from work, she built her own home bar that puts the local pub to shame (or so we're told). She's a keen gardener, a regular at gigs and festivals, and a dedicated supporter of , the very club we're proud to sponsor.

Twenty years (plus!) and no signs of slowing down. Here's to Mandy!
