Early morning call. Land Rover Freelander with thirty litres of the wrong fuel-easily done, but it is always important to remove the wrong fuel as quickly as possible to avoid serious engine damage.

Dr Jim performed:
Full fuel system drain.
A flush of the system.
Correct fuel added.
Vehicle back and running smoothly.

Vehicle now back on the road.

Another early wake up call. Two students on their way to London managed to put wrong V Power in an Audi A1. They drove 30 odd miles when the car started to run poorly pulled into nearest fuel station They called the fuel doctor who attended within the hour and confirmed it was misfuel.
Dr Jim carried out a full fuel drain, removing the contaminated fuel and flushed the system. Primed the system and eventually the cars engine ran as it should.
This quick intervention hopefully prevented further damage and the students made it to London only a couple of hours late.

First thing this morning a very flustered customer called to say they had put the fuel in a Nissan NV200.
The good news was they hadn't started the engine so Dr Jim safely drain the tank ensured the vehicle was refulled with correct fuel. Back on the road within one and half hours to continue their journey doing a favour for the son in law.
Top Tip If you put the wrong fuel in your car DON'T START THE ENGINE. Call Dr Jim 03331219999 straight away to avoid costly damage.

Another job today poor person filled up a Seat Leon with the wrong fuel unfortunately didn't notice until they had driven away from the pump.

No problem though, safely drained on the roadside, flushed the system and customer back on the road.

Another busy morning helping people who have that sinking feeling of putting the wrong fuel in their vehicle. Geoff the plummer ended up not been too late on site.
Sarah was a little late for work but grateful her car is back on the road.
