NOW SOLD - 1965 Triumph TR4A - IRS

UK Supplied Car (Belfast) and complete with registration number 9292 SZ - Showing 1 former keeper on the new style V5 but I have the original green logbook which shows 3 owners in total.

Triumph New White with Contrasting Matador Red interior.

Overdrive Gearbox, Wire Wheels and Rare Surrey Top.

Bonnet, Doors, Wings all decent and will go again.

Will need a complete body off restoration but a great project for someone.

The chassis looks reasonably solid but the back legs will need some attention as they have a couple of rusty holes. Passenger side sill will need replacement (included) and the rear passenger inner wing and forward deck sections will need to be fabricated or replaced. Floor pans are quite solid but will need localise repairs (I would replace as they are available and straightforward to do)

Surrey Top leading edge a bit crusty but will repair.

Bootlid lower section will need replacement, however a repair sections are available.

This TR6 is being auctioned at Anglia Car Auctions in King's Lynn - Triumph TR6 original UK RHD 150 BHP car, running on triple webers. Lots of excellent mods to make this one of the nicest TR6's I've driven in 30 plus years of ownership. This car was totally rebuilt (nut & bolt) about 12 years ago by a well known TR guy and good friend of mine. Overdrive, minilite type wheels, phoenix exhaust, webers, superb chassis, superb underbody, superb gaps, mx5 leather seats (new) adjustable shocks (spax) polybushed..goes really well and a superb car estimate £16k - £20k No bumpers, fast road car
