The garage will be closed on Friday 28th April due to a family bereavement.

We will re-open after the bank holiday weekend, on Tuesday 2nd May.

As Christmas is approaching, C & C Barnett would like to make everybody aware that we will be taking a well deserved break for Christmas this year.

We will be closing at 5.30pm on Wednesday 21st December and re-opening 8.30am on Tuesday 3rd January 2023.

This summer, motorists across the country will start to see the standard (95 octane, often branded as ‘unleaded’) petrol grade in the UK become E10.
The Department for Transport has introduced an online GOV.UK E10 vehicle compatibility checker which motorists can use to find out if their car, motorcycle or moped can use E10 fuel.

In the UK a tyre tread depth has to be above 1.6mm to be considered legal and we have a tip to help.

Grab a 20p coin, and place it into the tread grooves of the tyre, can you see the outer band of the coin? Then it’s probably time to book in for a tyre change.

If you aren’t quite sure, pop in, we are more than happy to check your tyres for you.
