Here we have our Single Turbo F80 we have just driven to Portugal, While we was out here we visited our friends over at ReproPower and thought we will get a quick power run done to see what power its making as cars only been road tuned and we had rough idea of power it was making from 100 to 200 times but not actual power figures.

Due to fuel quality been not as good as UK as they only have 98 here and Ethanol content is like 6% where as UK ITS 99 and 8%/9% ethanol content. We could only test map1 as map2 requires Methanol and the m**h tank was empty as i used it up on the way to here 🤣🤣🤣

Car was filled with Shell Vpower 98 and we added couple litre's of ethanol they had laying in the workshop to clean up any timing corrections due to low quality fuel

And the car made 876bhp and 1067nm torq in this heat which im more than happy with for daily map.

Once we return back from our holidays we will be tuning it on Ethanol and try set some good times with the car 👌

Thanks to AFR Tuning 📈 for all his hard work as the map is solid and car only wasted €320 on fuel from UK to PORTUGAL 🤝

Car is also tuned on MHD Tuning

Here we have "JLO" Bmw 140i Xdrive he reached out to us after having some electrical gremlins with the car and couldnt flash his gearbox due to PT CAN issues.

We got the vehicle onto the ramp & removed the Gearbox electrical connector and measured the PT Can at gearbox end strangely with ignition off PT CAN was all ok when ignition was switched ON PT CAN was having a spazzing out.

So we straight away knew som**hing was taking down the PT CAN soon as ignition was switched on.

Instead of stripping the full car apart tracing wiring and not finding any wiring issues we went ahead and removed everything that was fitted aftermarket.

We removed the Motive reflex plug and it was still spazzing out so it wasnt that causing the issue so we repluged it in.

Then we went ahead and removed the UnlimBoost Xdrive controller and soon as we removed that we had comms with transmision control unit & Xhp could identify the tcu now.

So we went ahead and got a read of the map on the gearbox and sent it of to via @303.tuningsuite when his ready he will sort the tcu map out and car will be driving again with out any issues or limp mode.

As the car has 8hp75 fitted for the xdrive conversion from a diesel car so the car is shifting at 4500rpm soon as you try to go over that rpm via manual mode the car throws up drivetrain fault as its not ment to be revving past 4500rpm thinking its a diesel 👌

Once the tcu map is sorted im sure you will hear Marky start fully trolling online again 🤣🤣🤣

Here we have Mercedes E63s in for following work:

- Full engine service including spark plugs
- Front diff oil change
- Rear diff oil change
- Transfer box oil change
- Downpipes
- Induction kit
- Blackboost Bov
- Virgin Cpc unit
- Stage 2 Ecu & Tcu tune

Car is performing really well considering how hot it is outside once customer is bored we will map it on E Blend and see how far we can go before fitting set of hybrids 👀

Also will be changing the Aliexpress intakes customer bought for the blackboost intakes 🙏

Once work there magic with the alignment it will deffo be complete 👌

Here we have this Bmw M3 F80 that came in for following work:

- Oil & oil filter change
- Ngk 97506 sparkplugs gappd to .022
- Custom Stage3 tune
- Set of brand new OEM Coilpacks
- Set of Brand new OEM EU5 Injectors
- Carry repair on oil leak from sump plug as some one previously messed it up

Map1 pump map completed
Map2 Methanol map completed due to Very HOT IAT mostly due to chinese chargecooler it has (some one has stuck a forge sticker on it lol) and obviously the hot weather is not helping it either.

Car is on Fastline 700 turbos they were already fitted when customer bought the vehicle

Let customer enjoy it as it is once weather is cooler we probly carry out a Ethanol tune for it

Here we have Bmw 240i that came in for full engine rebuild using:

- Je Pistons
- Zrp Rods
- OEM bearings
- Arp2000 headstuds
- Supertech springs
- Oem headgasket
- Vanos valves & actuators

Currently we have done over 230miles and still runing like a Oem 👌

Need to do couple hundred miles more then we can start turning it up then retorq the cylinder head and ready for full send 🥷

Customer had already spoken to Mem from Serkz previously got an idea of the parts he needed so when he finaly pulled the trigger we got all the parts from them at lightening speed 👌

Here we have this 1of1 Bmw M2 that came in for the following work:

- Full engine service
- Oil cooler guard
- Full Stage 2 Hardware (intakes,downpipes,midpipe)
- Front & Rear brake pads
- Ecu unlock
- Stage 2 Ecu & Tcu tune done by .tuning

Car is performing really well especialy in this heat it managed a 5.7 100 to 200 on Pump fuel 🥷

Cooler weather & better Da deffo will do low 5s once the customer is used to the power as coming from a xdrive car previously we will turn it up on Ethanol blend to push further 👊

Here have this Fully forged m140 & bottom mount turbo kit in for some work, Customer contacted us after having 2 years of head ache trying to get the car runing decent but he just lost all hopes with it.

After booking the car in and him dropping it of to see what state the car was in maybe it was a good thing that it never ran properly lol other wise alot of things could of gone wrong.

Before even trying to make sure it was doing good times we ripped it apar and tidy up the engine bay so it wasnt a fire hazard.

We carried out the following:

- Solder all Motive reflex wiring
- Fix issue with actuator
- Re route oil catch lines so there not running across the hot exhaust manifold
- Tighten Passenger side loose wheel 😅
- Replace all vacuum lines
- Block of all the ports on inlet correctly and not with a bolt screwed into it
- Tidy up the engine wiring harness

After all of this was carried out we done a data log to make sure its all running sweet and decided to do a draggy 😃

Car was doing 7.31 100 to 200 previously

We managed to do a 5.72 100 to 200 in 30degrees of heat.

Customer can enjoy the car as it is for a little while then when his ready we will start tuning with AFR Tuning.

Here we have our shop Bmw F80 we recently upgraded our stock dct clutches to clutches as the stock DCT clutches started slipping already and we didnt even start tuning for Ethanol yet.

After fitting the dct clutches we found out the next weekest link on the drivetrain 🤣🤣 we Snappd the Drivers side rear driveshaft.

Temp fix done waiting for upgraded shafts to arrive then we go again 🙏
