Here we have our shop Bmw F80 we recently upgraded our stock dct clutches to clutches as the stock DCT clutches started slipping already and we didnt even start tuning for Ethanol yet.

After fitting the dct clutches we found out the next weekest link on the drivetrain 🤣🤣 we Snappd the Drivers side rear driveshaft.

Temp fix done waiting for upgraded shafts to arrive then we go again 🙏

Here we have this Seat Leon Cupra 290 which came in for following:

- Stage3 Ecu
- Stage3 Tcu
- Ngk Raceplugs
- 4bar map sensor

Rest of the mods are:
- L500
- intercooler
- Vis Hpfp
- Lpfp
- Downpipe
- Induction kit with turbo elbow

Loaded up the base file upon login car didnt feel right and there was no warning lights was a head scratch moment for abit then we realised who ever fitted rest of the mods trapd the vacuum line for port flaps so they where stuck closed and not opening under load.

Rectified the issue and carried on with tuning.
Once tuning was finished put it on the local dyno for power run and cars making

475 bhp & 571nm torque at 1.85bar & 9degree timing on Tesco momentum 99

Customer didnt want to push the car as he wanted a conservative map till we forge the engine and send it fully.

Here we have this Bmw M240i that came in for following:

- Decat
- Induction kit
- Charge pipe
- Ecu unlock
- Custom stage 2 software
- Xhp stage 3 tcu
- Full Service

Its roughly making about 480bhp due to still having stock mid pipe with opf on once customer is bored we will remove the OPF filters and push a little more.

Here we have a Track spec Ep3 that came in with a knocking bottom end,

After discussing options with customer he opted to go for Forged rebuild as in the future his planing to go turbo.

So we built the engine with:

- 86.5mm forged pistons
- Forged rods
- K20 ported oil pump
- 2000 headstuds
- valve springs & exhaust & inlet valves
- car had Dic Cams from old engine so we used them for time been.
- Oem Lostmotion Assembly springs
- stage 4 clutch already for when he goes turbo

Short block was done by Connaught Competition Engines.

Cars all ready to be collected for customer to do running in miles then will be back to finish the mapping.

- Mhd Flex fuel kit

- Custom stage 2 Flex fuel tune

Doing:
Mid 5s 100 to 200
High 4s 100 to 200 on E blend (mid 4s easily on the cards with cooler weather & half tank of fuel)

Finaly the cupra can actualy be the King Cupra instead of Broken cupra like previously 😂😂😂😂

Well here we are on revision 1 of E70 map and while doing the datalog car managed a 4.4 100 to 200 😎😎

Now jus need to visit for that Grip & Dip sauce and we will turn it back up an see what times we can do with few more revisions 😎

All completed my end now all he has to do is get the alignment done by one an only then he can use his tuner to finish the mapping off..

Here we have our shop car Bmw M3 comp which we converted to single turbo.

Still on gate pressure 21psi and only had 1 revision....

Soon to be turned up and be on full e blend..

Mad to think this is the slowest this car will be on gate pressure.

The spool etc is no different to how the car used to behave on hybrids previously.

Goes to show what a well designed kit does.

It deserves some tlc after its performance in Mexico recently 🎯
