Today's job was a timing belt, water pump and drive belt on this Audi A1 1.4 TFSI. It wasn't due on mileage but it was a year over on time interval, although the belt didn't look bad it's certainly worth keeping on top of these things!

Another busy day on cars today, you've got to love the BMW N47 engine.......came in for non start, at first we suspected a timing issue but with further inspection the timing was OK, it turns out we have no compression on 3 of the 4 cylinders as the inlet manifold has decided to diassasemble itself whilst the engine was running 😬🤯🤢

Back to two wheels today with the first of our minitwin gen 2 fork conversions nicely underway 🤩
With fully rebuilt front calipers, new race pads, forks assembled with brand new parts throughout and some super cartridge kits from Maxton, this setup should really provide its new owner with some great stability and awesome braking performance compared to the standard gen 2 setup!

Another BMW day today, this one for some electrical diagnostics work, a new trackrod end, front wheel alignment and good flat/polish on the headlamps to improve the cloudy headlights!
