Want to know the fastest way to kill an already rusty car?
Spray a thick, dark bitumen or Waxoyl coating directly over the rusty crust.

Instead of protecting the chassis, you are basically putting it in a chemical sweat suit. It traps the moisture underneath and literally boils the metal until it rots through.

Here is what happens next:
* Half of it eventually flakes off, taking huge chunks of your chassis with it.
* The other half stays stuck to the car, completely clogging up my needle gun with black, oily, gummy junk when I have to clean it from this coating.

That is why we do not recommend dry coatings for older, already rusty cars; an oil and lanolin hybrid coating is the best choice in such cases.
