Just a quick reminder that we'll be closed from Friday 21st August, reopening on Wednesday 2nd September , while we take the last of our summer break before the kids return back to school.

During this time, we won't be available to answer calls or messages. You are welcome to leave us a voicemail or send an email, and we'll respond as soon as possible on our return. As we already have bookings scheduled for that day, we kindly ask for your patience and the opportunity to reply between appointments before sending any follow-up messages.

We also have just a couple of service/habitation service slots available in late September heading into October. These appointments are location-dependent so they can fit alongside our existing customer bookings, so they're unlikely to be available for long!

Please also note, that whilst the phone is off, text messages/whatsapp messages don’t always deliver and will also go unanswered - rude follow ups aren’t helpful so if In doubt always call 😀

Another good example of why to have a yearly caravan service - no faults/symptoms reported by the customer but upon stripping the brakes the linings are starting to delaminate from the shoe. Only a matter of time before they fully separate! Replaced at the time of service using our extensively stocked service van.

Another busy week with plenty of issues found and rectified from intermittent fridge issues caused by a corroded multi-plug, to a creaking hitch with Pads that appear to of picked up paint from a towball.

Availability for September is now thinning out with only a few service slots remaining. Please book early to avoid disappointment - we’re still receiving requests for August assistance but as we operate a tight booking service, we simply just don’t have the spare capacity to attend those “quick jobs” (Which never actually turn out to be quick jobs!)

Repairs are subject to request and availability - if the request isn’t something we offer, we will more than likely be able to make a recommendation for a specialist!

Just a quick reminder that we'll be closed from midday on Friday 17th July, reopening on Monday 27th July, while we take our annual holiday.

During this time, we won't be available to answer calls or messages. You are welcome to leave us a voicemail or send an email, and we'll respond as soon as possible on our return. If you'd like to book an appointment or confirm a date before we close, please get in touch before Friday 17th July.

Another week on the road complete! Another full schedule of servicing with some remedial work carried out alongside when found - notably these two cracked gas fittings (although they’d previously been passed by another company as not leaking, they’re structurally compromised so need replacement regardless)

Another finding was a faulty MCB which would trip intermittently, when not under load and sometimes when not even connected to mains. Replaced with like for like C16 unit.

Small amount of service slots remain for August!

The week after a bank holiday is always hectic and we’ve had a packed schedule of caravan and motorhome servicing as well as an Alde fluid change and 4 sets of the dreaded Alko brake shoes !
