"BMW E90 330D"
Customer came to us to tune there 330D.
Now where do I start with this one, everything was not going well from the very beginning, first while customer was on the way to us his auxiliary belt had come off as it was old and stretched and hit one of the egr cooler pipes causing it to crack which made a pretty series water leak.
So a new belt was fitted along with a cooler delete kit.
Then here comes the next disaster 😂, While logging the base map it became apparent that the Rocker cover seal was leaking, as on boost it decided to spit oil out everywhere,
So we now had to order and fit a rocker cover seal.
Then after all these issues where rectified, things actually started to go smoothly and finally got it finished within 4 revisions.

✅ R90 pump
✅ M50D rail sensors (Fitted by us)
✅ Uprated intercooler
✅ TS3 turbo @ 2.7bar
✅ EGR & Flap solution
✅ Induction kit
Should be around 420 to 430bhp and 800+nm according to logs, didn't go too aggressive with this one as these ebay coolers ain't the best and the downpipe was a questionable size, customer will be back with a true 3inch downpipe and will revise.
