1. Cylinder Head Reconditioner required preferably with full experience or a mechanical minder person who can be trained up.

2. Engine Dismantler required preferably with experience and knowledge of engines who can dismantle engines, check for damage and shelf the parts once stripped.

One off only 2 or 3 of these machines in the UK here at Bradford Grinders (UK) Ltd, Gleason Crankshaft Journal Welder. If the crankshaft journal is severly worn out and the crankshaft cannot be machined to a size where bearings are available, as along as our crankshaft is NOT CRACKED, why scrap your crankshaft??? We can rebuild the journal using this machine then re grind your crankshaft back to standard size. This machine is capable of doing most sizes of crankshafts, please call for a quotation
