Can you program, set and operate a five axis CNC milling machine. Making parts for Motorsport applications. Prepared to move to the UK and have a British Passport or the right of abode. Working in a very pleasant environment, together with 7 other South Africans. Experience with various Control systems, like Siemens and Fanuc such as fitted to our MAM72 -63V Matsuura machine would be an advantage. Watch the video below. Work a 40/45 hour week for the equivalent R1.5 Million a year. Preferably a non smoker and no cellphone access during working hours. Leave for two weeks from the 15th of December to the first working day in Jan. The Company will assist your move and getting accommodation over here. At GEMINI, we specialise in the design, development and manufacture of Top Class Prototype and small batch production Transmission systems for the Worldwide Motorsport and Automotive industry. You would be working for smaller business where we invested in top class machines and technology, at the forefront of engineering development. The workplace has a truly family feel with less than 10 employees . We are looking to recruit experienced CNC Setters and Machinists to join us on a permanent and very lucrative basis.
You should be able to show us your:
If not already qualified, the Willingness and the correct attitude to learn the following Experience and ability to Program, Set and Operate various 3 & 5 Axis Machine tools. CNC Gearcutting and Precision Manufacturing. Experience various Control systems, like Siemens and Fanuc such as fitted to our MAM72 -63V Matsuura machine.
