The name is Flex....Pro-Flex!

When we were given this 'Odd Job' by , we were initially 'shaken, but not stirred', so how could we say 'Dr No'!

With 'No Time to Die', the Proflex Design Department sank their 'Jaws' into the project and used their 'Goldfinger' and 'GoldenEye' to design the most perfect fitting FIA Fuel Bladder Tank for the 007 Aston Martin DB9 GT1 Race Car! 🏁

Lightweight and stealth like, even the price was right on the Moneypenny! 😉

Rather than 'From Russia with Love', it was manufactured and sent From Mallory Park Race Circuit with Love ! 😉🏁❤️

The Proflex Rally Department were specifically selected, by a high profile Motorsport client, to manufacture a replacement FIA Fuel Bladder Tank for a Ford Focus WRC (2007), which has previously been driven by the talented Mikko Hirvonen, Marcus Gronholm, Henning Solberg and Francois Duval...to name but a few!

So, Ladies and Gentlemen, here it is! One of our most challenging Fuel Tanks to Reverse Engineer due to the complex In-Tank Baffle design for controlled fuel flow, but we rose to the challenge and even excelled as we can probably say that it's our nicest looking Tank too! 😎

This is the first of a number of Porsche projects that we are currently working on, so to get the ball rolling, we are proud to introduce our new Porsche 997 GT3 RSR FIA Fuel Bladder Tank for .performance 🏁

Manufactured from our ultra-lightweight Kevlar PROFLEXCELL material, we even saved 1.5Kg in weight, compared to their original Bladder Tank, which IMSA were delighted with! 👊

To finish off the build, we also installed new PROFLEX Hi-Flow, Low Pressure Fuel Pumps and new Sock Filters.

We have just finished an exciting project with our friends.....this time manufacturing a replacement FIA Bladder Tank for their Lamborghini Gallardo GT3 Race Car.

By initially Reverse Engineering their original poorly sized Bladder Tank, we carefully tweaked and re-sized the various ill fitting areas to achieve a perfect fitting Tank...and by constructing the new Fuel Bladder Tank from our ultra-lightweight Kevlar PROFLEXCELL material, we even saved over 1Kg in weight too! 👊

To keep overall costs down for Rofgo Racing, we also up-cycled and re-used all of the original Bladder Tank fittings. 👌🏻

So, in conclusion we achieved:
- a perfect fitting PROFLEX FIA Fuel Bladder Tank
- over 1Kg Weight Saving
- Low Cost
- and a Very Happy Customer! 😁
