This 1.2 Polo came in with cam/crank correlation faults, caused by the old timing chain stretching.

On inspection, the timing was already out by a couple of teeth 😳 — the customer was very lucky it hadn’t jumped any further and caused some serious engine damage!

Timing chain replaced and everything set back up correctly, ready to get back on the road. 🚗💨

If your vehicle is showing engine warning lights, unusual noises or fault codes, don’t ignore them — catching problems early can save a lot of money!

We removed a Luton body from an old, tired van and successfully fitted it onto a new-shape Mercedes Sprinter. The Hiab lorry definitely came in handy for this job! 🚛💪

A few modifications were needed to the Luton box to suit the Sprinter chassis, but we’re really pleased with the result – it fits perfectly and looks the part.
