Nissan primstar came in with electrical faults and wasn’t running right.
These being no ABS meaning the STOP/SERV light were on and temp gauge not working both is these turned out to be broken wires within the loom and two dodgy injectors causing it to way over fuel.

For sale is a 2005 Vauxhall Vivaro.
The van is a high miler but don’t let that put you off it has been very well looked after starts and drives exactly as it should.
It’s had a replacement engine at 250k which is when the clutch was also replaced.
The van has had the later rear lights and electric windows fitted the van will also come with the roof rack and ladders for the back door.
The van needs nothing it is ready for work it also has extra locks on the slide door and rear door the padlocks are included.

Customer came to us saying his engine had a slight knock, upon further investigation the damage was worse then they thought. Pancaked the rod bearings on cylinder 1 which then oval shaped the crank and rod itself also plenty of bearing material found in the oil pump which is never a good sign.

For sale is a lovely 61 plate Renault Traffic LWB ECO.

The van itself is in very good condition and has had tons of work done to it such as:

Full top end rebuild which includes the head being fully stripped to start off with. Next the head is then cleaned and inspected for damage before heading off to be skimmed. Once is all good the head is then skimmed and returned to us. Next step is to get all the valves re-lapped checking for any damaged valves in the process in this case being 8 of them were bent. All heads will have all new valve stem seals fitted at the same time.
Once all this was done it was time to inspect the rocker arms and hydraulics for damage in this case where the timing chain had snapped it had caused 8 of the rockers to be broken.
The head is then fully reassembled and fitted to the block with a new head gasket, timing chain and tensioner.
4 brand new injectors were fitted at the same time.
Pickup pipe removed and cleaned and then a full service.
New water pump fitted.
156476 is the current milage.
Years MOT.
SatNav fitted as standard.
The van is ply lined in the back.

If your debating about getting your vehicle serviced then don't think twice as it will only cost you more in the long run!

This was a 61plate Vauxhall Vivaro which came to us with a snapped timing chain, the vehicle itself was on 170k and we believe it to be the original chain which has done well to be fair but its day had finally came.
To inspect the damage done we had to pull all 4 injectors with our hydraulic puller (which if you know can be a pain on its own) once all pulled we carried on with removing the cam cover to come across 8 smashed rocker arms and a thick build up of oil from lack of maintenance.
So this being said we then had to investigate further which meant removing the head and just as we thought having 8 smashed rockers meant 8 bent valves all being the exhaust valves.
Upon removing the timing cover we found damage to the block head and timing cover where the chain was soo badly stretched from the pics you can see it nearly wore all the way through the timing cover.
Once all the damages were inspected now comes the time for a repair, first thing was to send the head to be skimmed and then then let the rebuild begin!
All 16 valves were cleaned and seats re-cut 8 of them being brand new while we were this far into it, it only made sense to put in new valve stem seals.
Now that the head was all reassembled we moved onto inspecting the sump and oil pick and to no surprise it was thick sludge left behind. All was cleaned out including the oil pickup which itself was pretty blocked with what we found later to be the oil filter breaking down.
After all this work was done it was time reassemble the engine using all new gaskets and seals where needed new timing chain and tensioner.

The van now lives on to carry on life a courier van but all this could have been avoided with sticking to a simple maintenance schedule.
