Mk7 transit in 2.2 for some much needed tlc!💪

Came into us with zero power and lots of smoke💨 we diagnosed it to be the injector seals causing blowback and it blocked the crankcase ventilation(pcv) solid with carbon and it also blew the turbo and caused massive carbon build up in the engine. We cleaned everything up and replaced: injector seals, new rocker cover, new turbo, new egr valve, full service and an engine flush to get rid of the rest of the carbon! This van now lives on for another thousands of miles and the customer was over the moon with the outcome.

We completed rear discs and pads on this vehicle a few weeks back and found more components to be faulty so we advised the customer on what we found and they booked in to get the following work completed!

# new passenger rear calliper
# front discs and pads
# underseal applied to prevent the rust

Old school bmw Z3 in for some much needed love and attention!
We loved working on this getting it back to its former glory😍not many of these left on the roads these days!!

It’s had a lot of work competed.
front wishbones and bushes
inner tie rod and outer tie rods
# both droplinks
front springs and shock absorbers
We also had to smash his locking wheel nuts off as he lost his locking wheel nut key.

The customer said the car drives like a dream now🚙💨💨
